How Am I Doing: My Daughter Gave Me This Report Card

Every parent wonders if they’re doing a good job. So I finally decided to just ASK the kids. I gave my daughter this report card to fill out however she saw fit. I didn’t know what to expect. She filled it out right away. Here it is with her answers to the questions.

Dear Alicia, I’ve been at this dad thing for almost ten years now. It’s hard to believe you’re getting so big. Each year mom and dad can’t wait to see your report card from school, how you are progressing, how you are learning. Now I’m hoping you can tell me. How am I doing? I figure I’d rather hear it now then in 20 years. I’ve attached this easy questionnaire complete with multiple choice questions, and hope you’ll answer honestly. I’ll listen to your criticism and I’ll work to address your concerns. Love dad.
